The indoor pool is reported to be very warm and guests particularly enjoyed using the spa area after arriving from their flights. However, there were some negative feedback on the spa facilities such as the small size, lack of locker and dressing rooms, sauna half-working or not working, steam room not working, showers being very cold and the washrooms not having appropriate facilities such as no towels, bathrobes or even a place for changing. Guests also found some other issues such as children creating noises, a sauna door constantly left open or toilets not locking. Despite these flaws, many guests felt that the spa and pool were amazing and fabulous leisure facilities that made their stay complete.
