Location
The Source Hotel is a trendy boutique hotel located in the up-and-coming Rino arts district, which is full of walkable breweries, restaurants and shops. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown, making it a convenient location for exploring the city. Guests love the proximity to the concert venue, as well as the availability of scooters and bikes right outside the property. While some guests found the location to be a bit dicey, most found it to be excellent with plenty of dining options nearby. The marketplace, Smok and Grabowskis are must-tries according to guests. The outside foyer area and bridge that lead down to the nearby restaurants are also popular among guests. The hotel is perfect for exploring the city with lots of great things to see and do within walking distance.

Dinner
Guests who dined at The Source Hotel had a lot of positive things to say! The rooftop restaurant and market hall were highly praised for their delicious food and drinks. Visitors especially loved the Safta restaurant and the top floor restaurant for having amazing food. The hotel also had other restaurants and bars that were excellent with some even having a wonderful rooftop view. The on-site restaurants were convenient and highly regarded, being called fantastic, amazing and outstanding. Guests also loved the bakery in the attached food court and the various food and shopping options available. Some visitors did have minor issues with closures that were not disclosed during booking or subpar food, but these comments were few and far between. Overall, guests highly recommend dining at The Source Hotel.

Rooms
The Source Hotel's rooms are described as modern, well-furnished and comfortable. Some guests found them to be sparsely decorated with concrete floors and ceilings, which gave an industrial feel. However, this was not a negative for some guests who appreciated the cool, hip aesthetic. The views from the rooms were spectacular and some guests were upgraded to suites for special occasions. While some found the rooms to be overpriced for what's offered, others described them as beautiful, bright and spacious with modern decor. The beds, linens and towels were excellent and some rooms even had a cool roll-up garage door or a Japanese bathtub. However, a few guests pointed out issues with cleanliness, subpar design and uncomfortable beds. Overall, the rooms at The Source Hotel received mixed reviews, but guests who appreciated modern and unique style enjoyed their experience.

Beds
Are you searching for a hotel with comfortable beds? Look no further than The Source Hotel. Guests consistently rave about the plush, cozy beds that provide a restful night's sleep. One reviewer even commented on the "incredibly relaxing and comfortable" tub. The pillows are also a point of praise with guests describing them as "great" and "cozy." Beyond the comfort factor, guests appreciate the cleanliness of the beds and rooms. While a few guests encountered issues with the size or quality of their bed, the overwhelming majority agree that the beds are top-notch. So if you're in the market for a good night's sleep, book your stay at The Source Hotel.

Cleanliness
The Source Hotel is a clean and well-maintained property with good bars, restaurants and activities. Although some guests noted minor issues with cleanliness, such as dirty cement floors and confusion around housekeeping, the majority of reviews praise the hotel's cleanliness. Rooms were described as nice and extremely clean with fresh linens and well-kept facilities. While there were occasional complaints about dirty walls, stained bathroom tile and small rips in linens, these issues did not detract from guests' overall positive impressions of the hotel's cleanliness. In addition, the gym could use a more thorough cleaning, but most areas of the hotel were described as spotless.

Staff
If you're looking for a hotel with exceptional customer service, you'll love The Source Hotel. The staff is known for being friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even when there was a mix-up with room dates, a staff member named Jamie was able to quickly resolve the issue. Front desk staff are knowledgeable about the area and they warmly welcome each guest, often with a beer in hand. Plus, the Wood restaurant's room service is consistently great, thanks to the helpful waitstaff. Though there have been a few complaints about unfriendly staff, these instances seem to be few and far between. The overwhelming majority of reviews praise the staff's warm welcome and helpfulness.

Pool
The Source Hotel boasts its amazing pool amenities, both indoor and outdoor. The heated outdoor pool is a great feature, perfect for those who want to take a dip even on a chilly day. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop pool and hot tub, which offer stunning city views and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooftop bar and restaurant add to the charm of the area, making it a perfect spot to unwind with a cold beer or cocktail. Although some guests note that the pool area is small, it still offers a great option for relaxation. Families traveling with children should note that the pool area can be filled with kids. However, those looking for a romantic getaway or a spot to relax and soak in the beautiful views will love what the rooftop pool has to offer. Overall, The Source Hotel's pool area is a special touch that can make a guests' stay unforgettable.

Parking
The Source Hotel offers convenient on-site parking for $20 per night, which is pretty standard for urban hotels. However, some guests found the parking to be expensive and had to pay an additional $24, as it was not validated/covered by the hotel. Moreover, parking was managed by another company and their scanning system did not work properly, causing a big problem for some guests. Some found the instructions for parking and entering the building to be confusing. Unfortunately, there were no other parking options available and street parking was questionable for car safety. Despite the high cost of the room, some guests had to pay for parking, which they found a bit ridiculous. Additionally, the entrance to check-in is not near the parking garage, which may not be comfortable for guests carrying luggage. On the bright side, access to the parking garage was convenient with the provided QR code. Lastly, some guests expected better for a new and higher-priced hotel, where a long stay could have warranted a better price on parking.
