Trumbull and Porter in Detroit Downtown is a fantastic hotel with a perfect location that guests rave about. Visitors love the fact that the hotel is close to downtown Detroit with major tourist attractions and restaurants in walking distance. It has a convenient location for exploring Corktown and even within walking distance to the bookstore, brewery and excellent pizza place. There is lots to do, drink, eat and see in the neighborhood with lots of cute cafes and shops a short walk away. The hotel is in a gentrifying portion of the city and has easy access to the Canadian bridge and customs office. Though, the hotel is not in downtown, it makes up for it with a parking lot or an option of a garage. There is also lots of parking available and it is a perfect location to attend events or concerts.

Breakfast

Guests of Trumbull and Porter - Detroit Downtown had mixed reviews about the breakfast options at the hotel. Although several guests appreciated the equipment in the breakfast area and cafe, some were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for the season.
