Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The reviews for Direct Collective - Rhythm on Beach highlight a mix of positive and less favorable experiences with their pool facilities. Guests frequently praised the pool, describing it as great and well-maintained. Many enjoyed the addition of a spa, noting it as relaxing and hot. However, there were mentions of the pool being quite small and sometimes cold, which could be a drawback for some visitors.
Despite these size and temperature criticisms, the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area received commendation, creating an overall impression of attentiveness from the hotel staff. The opening hours of the pool area were also viewed positively, providing flexibility for guests.
A recurring issue, however, was the pool closure due to maintenance, which several guests found disappointing, especially when it affected children looking forward to swimming. Some reviews pointed out the lack of a proper booking notification regarding these closures, suggesting room for improvement in communication.
Overall, guests seemed to appreciate the pool and spa facilities when available, but the sporadic closures and size limitations did leave a few feeling unsatisfied.
