The Coastal Pearl Hotel Miramar Panaji stands out for its fantastic location in the prime Miramar area of central Goa, conveniently situated between Miramar Beach and downtown Panaji. Guests highlight its calm, quiet residential setting, despite being close to lively attractions such as restaurants, casinos and clubs, making it an ideal spot for exploring both the beach and the city.
The breakfast at Coastal Pearl is generally well-received with many guests appreciating the delicious and freshly made homely dishes, particularly the local Indian cuisine. However, some guests have noted the limited variety and restricted serving times, suggesting room for improvement in these areas.
Rooms at the hotel receive mixed reactions. Positively, they are often described as spacious, clean and comfortable with features such as air conditioning, TVs and some with private balconies. Nevertheless, a few guests have raised concerns regarding the size, cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, mentioning issues like small or windowless rooms, broken fan units and occasional insect sightings.
Cleanliness at the hotel garners both praise and criticism. While many guests find the rooms immaculate and spacious, others report issues such as dirty sheets and insufficient housekeeping, indicating an inconsistent standard.
The hotel's staff consistently receives high marks for their exceptional service. Guests frequently commend the courteous, friendly and supportive nature of the team. The General Manager, Mr. Sunil and Receptionist Wasim receive special mentions for their outstanding dedication and helpfulness, significantly enhancing the overall guest experience.
In summary, the Coastal Pearl Hotel Miramar Panaji excels in location and staff service with a generally positive but somewhat varied reception regarding breakfast, room quality and cleanliness.
