The spa offers a true olfactory journey, where every gesture, ingredient and ritual is taken from L'Occitane's grand herbarium of essential oils and natural ingredients. The spa offers a tranquil and calming environment where you can completely relax. The four treatment suites include a dual treatment suite perfect for couples or friends. The spa offers various treatments including body treatments, facials and mini treatments. The signature treatment is a combination of the relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage and a nourishing facial. Shea Nourishing Comfort Facial and Immortelle Secret of Youth Facial are two of the facial treatments offered. The body treatments include Shea Nourishing Scrub & Wrap, Relax, Reset & Restore Massage and Discovery Back Massage & Facial. The spa also offers a variety of mini treatments including Discovery Facial, Leg & Foot Refresher with essential oils and Relaxing Massage for the Back. An on-site L'Occitane shop is also available for beauty advice and products.

The outside pool and indoor spa were excellent and afforded guests a relaxing environment, although some felt the indoor spa and pool were smaller than expected. If you're after a relaxing spa break, The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa could be for you. While some guests felt that spa facilities could be better, most couldn't get enough of everything the spa had to offer. In fact, many described it as amazing with some even saying it's one of the best they've ever visited. The atmosphere was spot on and, while the spa was smaller than some had anticipated, it was certainly nice and super clean. Set in gorgeous gardens, the spa facilities were exceptional if a little outdated, but overall provided a lovely spa experience. There were a number of great treatments available, though some did find them a little pricey. A couple of guests had issues with spa bookings, but on the whole, the spa was most enjoyable. Note that while children were seen in the spa, it could feel a little unremarkable and like a public pool. But we would still recommend this beautiful property with a wonderful spa.
