The customer service is very good and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Although some aspects of the hotel may be a little tired and the Small Double room's description could have been more detailed, guests still found the hotel to be a good stay, especially for those needing to be near the Queen Elizabeth hospital. However, a few guests were disappointed and felt that the rooms needed some TLC, deeming it not a true 4-star hotel. Overall, the Birmingham Strathallan Hotel offers very good value for money and a pleasant stay.
