Green House Hostel is a great place to stay in Dushanbe. It's just a few minutes' walk from the airport and within an acceptable distance to the main square. It's also conveniently located near big shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The location is perfect for preparing for a trip on the Pamir highway or exploring Dushanbe. It's only a 20-30 minute walk to places of interest and many supermarkets and services are even closer. The hostel is also near the main bus lines to the city center. Taxi is very cheap, just $2 to go the city center. The staff is very polite and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. The mattress is comfortable and it's a good place to meet other long-term travelers. The location is also convenient for cyclists with the possibility of washing bikes with a water jet. The hostel is classic and has a lot of travelers from different places. Additionally, it's easy to call a taxi and be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. Overall, the hostel has a very good location that is not too far from the main street or the airport.
