With modern and appealing design, the theme saunas and pools are charming and the Spa-Bereich is out of the ordinary. The spa area is well-maintained, but some areas are not well-kept. The hotel staff is not sufficiently informed about all hotel amenities, aspects of catering quality being one such example. Hygiene is not adequately maintained in the restaurant when guests are wearing bathrobes and the schedule for spa area opening hours is considered too short. Guests noted that the 3G rule is not enforced and social distancing is not always observed in the sauna.
