If you're planning a getaway to Sonoma, you won't want to miss out on the stunning pool area at The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, Autograph Collection. While some guests found the pool monitor to be rude, most were delighted with the lovely resort pool and its many amenities, including wine happy hours on the pool deck. The pool was kept clean and was a great spot for both kids and adults, although some guests did note that limited seating due to social distancing measures could be a challenge. COVID-19 protocols meant that pool time was divided into 2.5-hour slots, which guests appreciated, but the pool situation was not good on Saturday, July 4th. Despite high taxes and charges, many guests raved about the pool area as a nice oasis, although a few commented that it was overpriced and had too many screaming kids. Camabanas were first come first serve or could be reserved for $100 and while no towels were available at times, the offer of breakfast credit sweetened the deal for many. Despite a few negative reviews, it sounds like The Lodge at Sonoma Resort is a great spot for a poolside retreat!
