Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
At Cambria Hotel West Orange, the pool area has garnered mixed reviews from guests. While the pool is described as a nice area and is noted to be heated, many guests have been disappointed by its availability. A notable number of reviews highlighted that the pool was frequently closed, sometimes due to Covid-19 restrictions and on other occasions for unspecified reasons. Additionally, those who had the chance to use the pool mentioned that the water was very cold, leading to an unsatisfactory experience. The maintenance of the pool area also came under scrutiny with some guests noting it was not kept clean. Despite these issues, the other amenities at the hotel generally met guest expectations, though some were similarly affected by service disruptions, such as a lack of breakfast on certain days. Overall, while the potential for a pleasant pool experience exists, there have been significant inconsistencies that potential guests should consider.
