Villa La Massa's pool is a highlight for guests with a new and beautifully done design, surrounded by an amazing garden, providing a wonderful view of the Arno River. The outdoor terrace is also special. However, some guests noted the limited operating hours and inflexibility of the hotel facilities. Despite wonderful surroundings, poor pool service detracted from the experience for some. The pool area offers multiple seating areas and a pizzeria with pizza nights, though guests felt the coffee machine could use improvement. The pool area is also home to many birds, making it a great place for a relaxing walk or to let your dog play off-leash in the huge park.

Nestled amidst breathtaking mountain views, Tenuta dei Cavalieri boasts a pool that offers a serene escape with its stunning vistas. The pool has a reputation for tranquility and a sense of exclusivity, making it a pleasant spot for relaxation where guests often find themselves alone. Families will appreciate that the pool is perfect even for children, adding to its appeal for all age groups.
The staff around the pool area are praised for their friendliness, enhancing the overall experience. Guests find the pool itself quite lovely with some even dubbing it excellent compared to other places they've stayed. Despite its smaller size, the pool is a significant draw for visitors.
However, there are some aspects that detract from the overall experience. A number of reviews mention that the pool area requires better maintenance with broken chairs and neglected spaces. There were occasions when the pool was closed for the season even during warm weather, leaving some guests disappointed. Additionally, the ongoing renovation and insufficient cleaning at times left the area less inviting.
In summary, the pool at Tenuta dei Cavalieri is a delightful feature with its fantastic views and friendly service, though it would benefit greatly from more consistent upkeep and timely maintenance.
