voco The Clair Cincinnati Downtown by IHG has a fantastic team of employees who are more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. While there have been some complaints about the staff not cleaning up properly or needing more training, the majority of guests have praised the staff for their friendliness, helpfulness and excellent service. The front desk clerks and waitresses have been particularly impressive with many guests commenting on their great service. Unfortunately, a few guests have had negative experiences with the hotel's management, but overall the general consensus is that the staff at this hotel are lovely, wonderful, amazing and awesome and dedicated to making guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

If you're looking for a refreshing dip during your stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown, you'll be happy to know that they have an indoor pool! Guests have praised the pool for being clean and well-kept with easy access to clean towels and restrooms. Although some guests noted that the pool is smaller than recommended for the number of guests, others loved the pool and even enjoyed playing pool nearby. One thing to note is that some guests have reported a smell of chlorine despite the hotel's claim that it's a saltwater pool. However, overall guests have appreciated the pool and the hotel's helpful, friendly staff. So, don't forget to pack your swimsuit!
