The hotel staff are passionate about their work and are willing to bend over backwards to assist with any needs. The majority of the staff are friendly and couldn't do enough for you, though there were a few exceptions with one receptionist being condescending and abrasive to guests. The service on Saturday night was poor due to a lack of staff, but staff were cheerful and helpful considering how busy it was. Overall, the staff were attentive, welcoming and very helpful with Dhruv being highlighted for going out of his way to ensure guests settled in well. One guest encountered a dry sheet and smelly damp mattress and though the reception manager was initially unhelpful, the general manager emailed to apologise and offer a 20% discount on their next stay. Despite a few issues, the majority of guests found the staff here to be exceptional, making their stay enjoyable and comfortable.
