The Royal Court Hotel is a popular choice amongst travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. While the hotel offers a pool, guests should note that there is an additional charge for using it. Unfortunately, the pool does close early on weekends, so plan accordingly. Swimming is also a separate charge, so keep that in mind when booking. If you do decide to take a dip, the pool is nice but keep in mind that it can be cold and dreary. Just be aware that you must pay a separate fee to use the Jacuzzi, which some guests reported was filthy. Lastly, note that the pool is only open at certain times, so be sure to check the hours before heading down.

The Lea Marston Hotel boasts a lovely pool area, but some guests found the water to be too cold for a comfortable swim. Unfortunately, several reviews noted that the pool and surrounding facilities were in need of updating and maintenance with issues like non-functioning lockers and a broken swimsuit dryer. Some guests also mentioned long wait times for the hot tub and one review suggested that the hotel consider installing a second tub to accommodate more guests. Though the pool area was generally clean, some guests noted unpleasant odors and mold in the changing rooms. While some guests were happy with the pool and steam room amenities, others were disappointed to find that they weren't available during their stay or were only accessible for an additional fee. Ultimately, guests who prioritized the hotel's pool facilities found them satisfactory, but improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.
