Hotel Arabesque in Varigotti receives high praise for its exceptional location, making it a prime choice for those seeking a blend of beachside relaxation and charming village life. Its central position allows easy access to both public and private beaches, as well as local attractions and scenic spots, all within a short walking distance. The quiet, historic Saracen village setting adds to its appeal, offering both convenience and picturesque surroundings.
Guests are generally pleased with the breakfast offerings, which are described as varied, plentiful and of good quality, featuring fresh fruits, cereals, pastries and artisanal jams. The breakfast service, characterized by friendly and welcoming staff, enhances the overall morning experience, although some guests suggest more dietary variety and find the price of 12 euros somewhat steep.
The hotel’s dining experience stands out with many guests impressed by the exceptional cuisine that blends traditional and modern dishes, served in a charming atmosphere. Both lunch and dinner receive high marks for taste, preparation and generous portions, despite being on the pricier side. The attentive service further enhances the dining experience, making it a memorable part of the stay.
Rooms at Hotel Arabesque present a mixed picture. Positive reviews highlight the spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness of certain rooms with some family rooms providing ample space and convenience. However, others find the rooms small, dark and in need of renovation with issues like broken furnishings, malfunctioning appliances and noisy surroundings affecting the overall comfort. Despite these complaints, cleanliness is consistently noted as a strong point with the hotel maintaining high standards of hygiene.
The staff at Hotel Arabesque consistently receive glowing reviews for their friendliness, kindness and professionalism. Guests appreciate the warm welcomes and attentive service, which create a familial and inviting atmosphere. Specific members of the team are often highlighted for their exceptional service, contributing significantly to the positive guest experience.
WiFi connectivity at the hotel is a hit-or-miss affair. While the internet is reliable and stable in public areas and at the reception, guests frequently struggle with connectivity in their rooms, particularly on upper floors, where the signal is often weak or non-existent. Despite this, the excellent speed and stability in certain areas are noted by those who plan to use the internet mainly in public zones.
The beach access is another major highlight with the hotel's proximity to both public and private beaches being highly appreciated. The beautiful clear waters and pristine sands, just steps away, enhance the overall appeal, providing guests with ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment.
Parking, on the other hand, is a challenge, as no parking is available directly at the hotel. Guests often find parking options limited and expensive with nearby alternatives also coming at a high cost. Despite these challenges, some manage to find satisfactory parking spots within a reasonable distance, though maneuvering can be demanding.
In conclusion, Hotel Arabesque excels in location, cleanliness and service, offering a largely positive experience with room for improvement in certain areas such as room conditions, breakfast variety, WiFi connectivity and parking.
