Despite being in the heart of it all, Niovi's location is in a quiet and safe area, away from the chaos, but still very close to all the sites. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Fira centre and all the shops around. Being on a dead-end street, the location is perfect just outside the busiest part of Fira. Niovi is only a short walk away from the bus station, allowing guests to easily access all parts of the island. Many guests noted that the location is perfect for walking to the centre of Fira, typically taking only around 10 minutes. Guests can also easily access bakeries, restaurants and other conveniences within walking distance. Despite being situated a bit outside of Fira, it only takes 8 minutes to walk to the centre.
