However, it was disappointing that there were no towels available in the spa area. One downside was that the dinner reservation was not found despite the requirement for it at check-in. Families should note that children are not allowed in the pool area. There was a time limit for the pool to ensure everyone had a chance to use it. Unfortunately, reception staff could be unenthusiastic at times. We advise you to book a room on the highest floor since the balcony offers a fantastic view. Overall, it was delightful to have an outdoor pool at the hotel with a beautiful view.
