The jacuzzi in the bedroom and the hot tub/spa added an extra level of luxury that guests loved. The Aqua Di Parma toiletries and lovely scents were an added bonus. The jetted bath was great for soothing tired feet after a long day of exploring and the sound system allowed guests to play relaxing music while enjoying the jacuzzi. However, some guests had mixed experiences with the hot tub with one being disappointed in the slow and noisy jet, while another found the jacuzzi in their room too small to use comfortably. Nevertheless, for those that enjoyed the experience, the fantastic location and wonderful amenities at Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa make for a truly unforgettable stay.
