Staff are friendly, accommodating and always at hand to provide excellent service. The pool and facilities are lovely with plenty of comfortable seating and water sport equipment for an active stay. Although a touch expensive, guests rate Bolontiku Boutique Hotel Member of the Cayuga Collection as a superb 5-star experience, describing it as a little piece of heaven worth returning to.
