Montage Laguna Beach is a luxurious hotel with exceptional staff who provide amazing services. The housekeeping staff ensures that the rooms are spotless, while Gabriel at check-in is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The valets, room service personnel and bar servers are also friendly and welcoming. The employees are professional, polite and go above and beyond to provide great service. Although some guests experienced issues at the Spa pool, the polite and apologetic staff made up for it. Overall, the staff at Montage Laguna Beach provides the best services around, making for an incredible stay.
