Guests at the Mercure Sao Paulo Grand Plaza Paulista have shared generally favorable impressions of the hotel's spa facilities. Visitors appreciate the free access to the spa, sauna and hammam, highlighting the convenience of having these amenities readily available upon request. The sauna is particularly well-received, though it's noted that it was under maintenance during some visits. Despite this, the availability of spa services adds value to the overall guest experience.
