The staff is polite, professional and cheerful, making guests feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is attentive to guests' needs. Although some guests experienced wait times for service, the majority had an excellent experience with the helpful and personable staff at The Wentworth. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay at The Wentworth thanks to the phenomenal staff.
