Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Dok Hotel Brasília l SLEEP HOTÉIS presents a strategic location for travelers, offering easy access due to its proximity to the highway and airport. Guests appreciate the convenience of nearby amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants while enjoying a quiet sleeping environment and attentive service from the staff. The simple but functional rooms and pleasant breakfast meet basic travel needs, offering good value for the cost.
The breakfast experience is generally favorable, with many guests noting the tasty and varied offerings. However, some express a desire for improvements, particularly in organization and timely replenishment. The staff is frequently praised for their politeness and responsiveness, contributing positively to the overall guest experience.
The hotel maintains cleanliness and order in public areas, though reviews suggest room cleanliness could be enhanced, with issues like musty odors and insufficiently clean linens mentioned. Parking facilities offer convenience and security, albeit with challenges like narrow gates and tight ramps for larger vehicles.
While beds are appreciated for their comfort, there are notable concerns about outdated mattresses and insufficiently clean linens, affecting overall satisfaction. The spacious rooms are a highlight, but issues such as inadequate cleanliness, missing bathroom features, and the need for more electrical outlets persist. Despite some drawbacks, the overall service and location make Dok Hotel Brasília l SLEEP HOTÉIS a viable option for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
