Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Appart Hotel Alia is highly regarded for its prime location in the city center, providing convenient access to both natural and urban attractions. Nestled between two beautiful beaches and close to the corniche, it offers easy access to picturesque waterfront walks and a range of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. This makes it an ideal base for both leisurely seaside strolls and exploring local eateries. The hotel caters well to families with its spacious accommodations, featuring large, clean apartments that include comfortable beds and modern amenities. Some apartments also offer stunning sea views, enhancing the overall experience with modern and contemporary decor.
The cleanliness of Appart Hotel Alia is often praised, with guests highlighting the tidiness and spaciousness of the apartments. The hotel maintains a high standard of upkeep, contributing to a comfortable environment. Additionally, the staff is frequently commended for their professionalism and friendliness. Standout staff members, like Mr. Morad and Mr. Walid, ensure a warm welcome and helpful service, creating a positive atmosphere for guests.
While the hotel offers ample and secure parking facilities, ensuring peace of mind for guests, the Wi-Fi service has received mixed reviews. Some guests report excellent connectivity, while others experience challenges with slow and unreliable connections. Despite these occasional inconsistencies, the overall guest experience at Appart Hotel Alia is characterized by its welcoming staff, strategic location, and spacious, well-maintained accommodations, providing exceptional value, especially for families and larger groups.
