Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Hilton Alexandria Mark Center boasts an attractive indoor/outdoor pool setup that seems to be a significant draw for guests selecting their accommodations. Although guests appreciate the convenience of good parking at the hotel, experiences with the pool have not been entirely positive. Several visitors reported that the pool was closed during their stay, including after Labor Day, leading to feelings of disappointment, especially among families with children. While the indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool, it has also been unavailable to visitors, with some expressing frustration over not being informed about these closures in advance. Additionally, there have been concerns regarding the cleanliness of the pool when it was operational. Overall, while the pool facilities are a highlighted feature in the hotel’s promotions, frequent closures have resulted in dissatisfaction among guests who looked forward to using them during their stay.
