Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta by ASTON offers a swimming pool that garners mixed reactions from guests. Positively noted is the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool, making it an enjoyable feature after a day of exploration. The pool's location on the third floor provides a picturesque view, adding a visual delight to the swimming experience. Towels are conveniently provided, ensuring comfort for guests looking to unwind by the pool.
However, there are some downsides to consider. The pool tends to be smaller relative to the hotel's capacity, resulting in limited seating options, with only four sunbeds available. Additionally, its positioning keeps it in the shade for the majority of the day, contributing to water temperatures that some guests find uncomfortably cold and even freezing at times. Despite the alluring photography, the pool's actual ambiance may not live up to expectations for some visitors. Overall, while the swimming area has its appealing aspects, its size and temperature might be less than ideal for guests seeking ample sun and warmth during their stay.
