The hotel's strategic positioning allows guests to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and hassle-free city explorations, making it a popular choice for both leisure and business travelers. The infrastructure contributes to this favorable impression, with clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms ensuring comfort and excellent cost-benefit.
While cleanliness receives mixed feedback, many visitors appreciate the spotless accommodations and attentive staff, which significantly enhance their stay. However, inconsistencies in housekeeping may affect some guests' experiences. The staff at STAY Sun Square are frequently commended for their warmth, politeness, and willingness to assist, receiving particular acknowledgment for creating a welcoming environment despite some minor communication issues.
Wi-Fi services at the hotel show variability, with some guests encountering connection challenges, though improvements are anticipated.
