Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at SAN MARINO SUITES HOTEL By NOBILE draws mixed reactions from guests. Some children found the pool delightful and cozy, clearly enjoying their time there. The cleanliness of the pool has been noted positively in several instances with mentions of it being always clean, despite its relatively small size. The rooftop location of the pool adds to its charm, offering a pleasant view.
However, several reviews highlight significant maintenance issues. Guests have reported encountering the pool in a state of disrepair, often undergoing renovations or maintenance and sometimes even closed. There's also feedback about the pool not being heated, which led to a chilly and uncomfortable swimming experience. Furthermore, instances of the pool being dirty with mentions of green water and even unclean water with vomit, have been noted, calling into question the upkeep and hygiene standards.
Additionally, the pool area has occasionally been taken over by private parties, limiting guest access and potentially detracting from the overall experience for some visitors. The mismatch between the pool's online imagery and its actual state has left several guests disappointed. Despite its potential, the pool's inconsistent maintenance and accessibility suggest there is room for improvement to meet guest expectations fully.
