Hotel Granada Palace, Affiliated by Meliá offers a visually appealing swimming area that often leaves guests impressed with its attractiveness and size. Many patrons describe the pool as fantastic and a pleasant spot set within a lovely garden, providing a nice area for relaxation. The design and layout of the pool are praised, with some visitors finding it charming even when other amenities, like the pool bar, are unavailable.
However, maintenance seems to be an issue at times. There are several mentions of the pool being dirty or in need of repairs, such as missing tiles and coping stones, which detracts from the overall experience. These maintenance concerns are more prevalent during the off-season, when the pool is sometimes closed or poorly maintained. The inconsistency in upkeep suggests that while the pool has a lot of potential, it falls short of expectations during certain periods, especially when the hotel is not operating at full capacity.
Overall, while the pool at Hotel Granada Palace, Affiliated by Meliá garners positive remarks for its design and potential as a relaxing retreat, improvements in maintenance would enhance the guest experience significantly.
