However, some inconsistencies in customer service quality do exist, which can affect the overall experience.
For guests with pets, Premier Inns Metro stands out as a dog-friendly hotel, providing necessary amenities and a welcoming atmosphere for canine companions. However, clarity regarding breed restrictions and weight limits could be improved to ensure a smoother experience for all pet owners.
While the hotel's rooms are appreciated for being spacious and having good air conditioning, significant concerns about cleanliness and maintenance are frequently mentioned. Instances of dirty floors, bedbugs, mold and broken amenities detract from the overall experience. Additionally, noise disturbances from other guests and the surrounding nightlife environment can impact the stay's tranquility.
There are limited breakfast options at Premier Inns Metro with many visitors noting the absence of breakfast services, which might be a consideration for potential guests.
Finally, the hotel offers reasonable accessibility features, though improvements such as better bathroom facilities for handicapped guests and more consistent pool maintenance could enhance the guest experience. The internet service receives critical feedback due to additional costs and unreliable performance, highlighting a need for enhancement in this area.
In summary, Premier Inns Metro is valued for its convenient location, friendly staff and pet-friendly amenities. However, issues with cleanliness, maintenance, noise and internet reliability present areas for improvement to elevate the overall guest experience.

Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Midtown is distinguished by its exceptional location, which is frequently praised by guests for its convenience and proximity to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and transit options. Its strategic position is ideal for travelers with diverse purposes, including work engagements, events, and visits to local destinations. The location is undoubtedly the most commendable feature of the hotel, offering guests easy access to various amenities and making it a suitable choice for anyone visiting Midtown Phoenix.
The complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel garners mixed reactions. While a few guests appreciate the availability of items like oatmeal and muffins for a quick snack, many feel the options are too limited and not reflective of a traditional hotel breakfast. The breakfast area has been noted as unappealing, with instances where the breakfast was unavailable, leading to disappointment for some visitors expecting more comprehensive offerings.
Regarding the rooms, guests appreciate the spaciousness and the comfort of some beds, which are described as clean and accommodating for a restful sleep. However, these positive aspects are often overshadowed by concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Many reviews highlight issues such as unclean rooms, musty odors, and outdated fixtures, with more serious complaints involving sightings of roaches and noise disruptions. These issues contribute to a negative impression of the room quality despite the potential for comfort.
Cleanliness remains a significant challenge at the property, as guests often report numerous hygiene issues, including unpleasant odors, visible dirt, and sightings of cockroaches throughout the hotel. The facility is also described as outdated, with worn-out amenities. While a few guests acknowledge helpful staff and good water pressure, these notes of positivity are largely eclipsed by the broader concerns about upkeep and maintenance, which impact the overall guest experience.
The hotel's staff receives mixed reviews; while many guests commend the friendliness and helpfulness of employees like Bianca and Angelica, others report less favorable interactions with staff members who seemed unfriendly or unhelpful. These inconsistencies in customer service, coupled with reports of safety concerns around the property, suggest there is room for improvement in creating a consistently welcoming environment.
In summary, while Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Midtown benefits greatly from its central location and offers comfortable main beds, it faces challenges related to breakfast offerings, room cleanliness, and consistent customer service. Addressing these areas could significantly enhance the overall guest experience at this ideally situated property.
