The suites are very comfortable with plenty of space and the hardware may be outdated but everything else in the room is beautiful, well-equipped and clean. Overall, Point Grace is a beautiful and welcoming property that will make you feel right at home.

The staff at Point Grace is a group of incredible people who go above and beyond to make sure their guests have an amazing stay. From the welcoming front desk staff and boat tour guides to the friendly beach service crew and spa professionals, the entire resort staff is eager to help in any way possible. Though some guests noted that the front desk staff could have been more outgoing, the majority rave about the attentive and helpful service provided. Breakfast always started off on the right foot thanks to Shirine and Larry's warm greetings and great service. Mike and James on the beach were also fantastic, setting up chairs and towels with a smile and checking in to see if anything was needed from the bar. One guest even had flowers ordered by the front desk manager, Mary and delivered to their room, which made for a great surprise. The staff at Point Grace is more than just employees, they're like an extended family that makes every guest feel special.
