The wellness and spa facilities, including a variety of saunas and well-maintained treatment areas, are highly praised. Guests find the spa and pool areas to be relaxing and clean with the indoor pool being a particular favorite for its size and accessibility. Although the outdoor area could be larger and the pool area can get crowded during peak times, it remains a popular feature of the hotel.
The beds are generally described as comfortable and conducive to a good night's rest, although individual preferences on firmness do vary. Main beds are well-regarded, though sofa beds are noted to be less comfortable, particularly for adults.
Overall, Hotel Dirsch Wellness & Spa Resort is celebrated for its serene location, excellent culinary offerings, spacious and clean rooms, outstanding spa facilities and friendly staff, making it a desirable destination for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
