While the breakfast buffet options may be slightly disappointing for the price, most guests still found the quality to be good. The dining experience at the hotel does not always match the high standard of the accommodation, but the attentive staff and excellent service make up for it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy for the most part with well-equipped facilities available, although some may show signs of age and in need of renovations. The hotel prides itself on its high level of cleanliness, especially with the COVID-19 safety measures in place. The staff is exceptional according to most guest reviews, making guests feel very welcome throughout the hotel. The hotel offers plenty of activities for guests with a beautiful spa experience complete with pools and hot tubs and numerous sports facilities, including a great indoor tennis court. Families looking for a relaxed stay with plenty of activities have lots of options to keep their children entertained. While some guests find the beds to be uncomfortable, Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello still provides a peaceful and comfortable stay with great discounts for room issues.
