The spa facilities and treatments are well-loved by guests with the outdoor hot tub being a particular highlight. The modern and clean spa offers a variety of excellent facilities, including a fabulous pool, steam room, infinity pool and spa pool. The spa personnel can be a bit nippy, but overall, the spa is very nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, some spa times are limited and additional fees are required for some rooms and amenities. Some guests mentioned that the spa could use more information and a few had issues with run-down or broken facilities. However, most guests were pleased with the spa and found it to be a fantastic addition to their hotel stay.
