From the front desk to the bellmen, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant and maintenance, the staff is professional and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Joel, one of the concierges, was particularly noted for his extreme helpfulness and kind demeanor. Although some guests had negative experiences with a few staff members, the majority praised the team’s excellent service and friendly nature. Whether it was organizing taxis, providing valuable information or solving parking problems, the staff always worked with a smile and pride in their hotel. The hotel's customer service and responsiveness were also highly rated by guests.
