Selectum Colours Bodrum is a hotel that values their guests' satisfaction, as evidenced by the friendly and helpful staff. While some guests found the reception staff unhelpful, the quality of worker in the food area was praised. The hotel staff had warm smiles every day and was willing to assist guests with anything they needed. The animation team, especially Hasan, Emel, Semih, Ozan and Hicoya, were loved by the guests. One particular guest praised a Syrian staff member named Ahmed for his help. Although there were some language barriers, the staff always tried their best to communicate effectively. The Ukraine staff did a great job with the chemical experiments for kids and the adults. However, some guests felt that the waiters could not keep up with the pace. Lastly, guests praised the organization of the staff, but there were some guests who found the reception staff incompetent. The food and the staff received high praise from guests.
