The pool at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites appears to receive mixed feedback. On the positive side, many guests find the indoor pool very enjoyable, noting that their children especially loved spending time in it. It is described as clean, useful and one of the hotel’s best features with some guests praising the great swimming pool and decent pool facilities. The sauna also gets a nod from a few visitors, adding to the overall positive experience in the pool area. Guests appreciated having a pool with a view and found the area generally nice.
However, several aspects left room for improvement. The pool was often noted to be small, shallow and sometimes uninviting. Temperature regulation seemed to be an issue with numerous comments about the pool being too cold and not heated enough. Some guests also mentioned that the pool area was noisy due to children and it could have been cleaner.
The spa received particularly negative feedback with multiple mentions of it being out of order or not working properly, which understandably disappointed many visitors. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with the pool's accessibility for families and its general appeal were still highlighted by several guests.
Overall, while some improvements could enhance the experience, the pool at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites remains a favored amenity for many guests, particularly those with children.
