The indoor pool at La Quinta by Wyndham Springfield receives mixed feedback from guests. While families and children seem to particularly enjoy it, often describing it as fun and large enough to keep them entertained, there are some notable issues. Many guests appreciated the pool's good size and cleanliness, which contributed to enjoyable stays. The hotel's inclusion of an indoor pool was a highlight for many visitors, as it added an element of fun to their experience.
However, some concerns were raised about the pool's upkeep. Guests noted that the pool area appeared dated with peeling paint and a lack of maintenance contributing to a less inviting atmosphere. The temperature of the pool water was another point of contention with some guests finding it too cold to comfortably swim in. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as changing facilities and an adequate supply of pool towels was mentioned, indicating room for improvement in guest services.
