Hotell TunaPark offers a refreshing experience for families looking for a comfortable stay. Many guests appreciated the spacious and large family rooms, noting that the hotel is perfect for families with children. The family-centric atmosphere is evident throughout the hotel, making it a great choice for those traveling with kids. An added benefit is the good air conditioning in the rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the weather.
One notable perk is the social area with a TV, where evening sandwiches, rolls and cakes are generously served, a service rarely found in other hotels. This warm touch adds to the inviting and nice family ambiance that many guests valued.
However, there are some areas for improvement. Some families found that certain amenities were missing, such as a sofa and microwave in the family rooms. Additionally, a few reviews mentioned mismatched expectations, like the absence of a bunk bed as pictured and missing blankets for the fourth person in the room. For those with small children, the activities available both indoors and outdoors were found to be lacking.
Overall, Hotell TunaPark stands out for its family-friendly environment and generous evening snacks, though it could enhance the experience with a few adjustments in room amenities and child-oriented activities.
