Positioned right on the Turkey-Bulgaria border, it offers convenience for travelers crossing the two countries. Guests appreciate the peaceful, clean, and modern environment, ideal for rest after long journeys. Its isolation from urban centers is compensated by the hotel's attractive amenities and the staff's commendable hospitality.
The breakfast offerings at GoldenEye are a standout feature, with an open buffet that caters to a wide array of tastes and dietary preferences. Guests often laud the variety and quality, although some occasional inconsistencies in selection are noted. Similarly, dinner experiences are generally positive, with delicious meals and exceptional service, though improvements in diversity and presentation could enhance guest satisfaction.

Despite some criticisms directed at the casino staff regarding service speed and language barriers, other aspects of service, especially at the reception, receive favorable feedback. The hotel staff is often described as cheerful and attentive, with individuals frequently going above and beyond to ensure guest comfort.
For those traveling by car, the hotel’s large, free parking area is a major convenience, easing any concerns regarding parking availability. However, the hotel is less ideal for families with children due to the casino's central location within the property and the limited child-friendly amenities.
