Besides the excellent spa, guests also spoke highly of the top-class restaurant in the Rib Room. However, some guests were disappointed with the level of service offered by the spa staff and the Fusion restaurant staff. Additionally, some guests felt that it was unfair to pay extra to access the spa after the complimentary 1-hour use. Overall, the leisure facilities were superb and outstanding. The fact that hotel guests cannot access the spa freely and need to be members was also a point of concern. Despite the minor setbacks, the spa and sauna facilities were great and it was a beautiful and relaxing experience.
