Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
At Park Regis Hotel Brisbane, the swimming pool has been a point of concern for many guests. The pool frequently appears to be out of service, often closed for repairs or renovations. Even when the pool is open, it tends to disappoint. Many have remarked that the area is outdated and not well-maintained with some guests highlighting severe safety hazards including trip hazards from ripped tiles, exposed nails and uneven surfaces. The deck and patio surrounding the pool are often described as shabby, dirty and in need of a makeover with further criticisms regarding broken pool loungers and furniture.
The pool's condition has been so poor at times that guests have described it as dangerous with carpets around the pool presenting additional hazards. Although occasionally described as clean, the general consensus is that the pool area does not invite use and needs significant updates and regular maintenance. The pool equipment is also in need of an upgrade and the overall area is criticized for looking like it stepped out of the 1980s.
Several guests have noted that the pool could use more attention to make it more appealing. Overall, while the presence of a pool is seen as a potential advantage, the current state of disrepair has left many guests hoping for substantial improvements.
