Guests love the easy access to the beach and the beautiful views that come with it with many praising the beautiful sunset and sunrise views. The resort is also located near Coligny Plaza, a great place for shopping and dining. For those who want to stay on-site, the resort offers a private beach, a fantastic pool and an on-site bar. Guests rave about the convenient location near everything they need, making it the perfect choice for seniors or families with children.

The housekeeping services were fantastic with the exception of one of the housekeeping ladies who seemed to have a sour disposition.

The resort has a great location with nearby attractions and amenities within reach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and service staff was fantastic. The hotel administration and front desk staff were quick to address any issues, like during the second water leak.

The rooms were family style and away from the music, which was nice. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the bathroom was not big enough for four adults in one room. Additionally, some guests reported that their door didn't latch unless pushed or pulled, which was inconvenient at times when carrying beach gear and children. Nevertheless, many guests loved the resort's facilities, such as the pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar and the beach. Lastly, some guests felt unsafe and do not recommend this hotel for families, but those who felt comfortable referred friends and family for a great family trip.

The hotel has an awesome location, situated right on the beach and close to everything. The room was big and the bed was comfy with the food being very good. The staff were very nice and accommodating with access to the beach being so convenient and the fact that they could rent beach chairs and umbrellas made it so easy. Although the hotel facility could use a little modernizing, it was clean and comfortable. The pool was enjoyable with great amenities including the restaurant and music. There were some minor issues with the parking flooding during heavy rains and ants around the pool being a nuisance, but these were small inconveniences. One of the servers on site was rude and the food quality left some guests bloated and gassy. Some guests also experienced some issues with the bathroom and the shower water breaking, but the hotel reimbursed them for that night. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and the staff were very good even though the property seemed older and renovations were happening on the first floor.
