Hotel ICON, Autograph Collection boasts a beautiful building, great location and excellent dining experience. The staff is a standout feature of the hotel, being described as lovely, extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Check-in staff is informative and polite, while valet and bar service staff are amazing and courteous. However, some guests had issues with maintenance staff entering their rooms without prior notice and poor customer service from some front desk employees. Despite this, the majority of guests have nothing but praise for the staff, from those in the parking area to the concierge service. They were welcoming, accommodating, unobtrusive and made guests feel valued. Overall, the staff at Hotel ICON will make your stay unforgettable with their perfect customer service, kind and friendly demeanor and sincere effort to ensure that all guests are satisfied.
