Cambria Hotel West Orange receives commendable reviews largely focusing on its excellent location, contemporary rooms, cleanliness and friendly staff. Located conveniently close to shopping and dining options, the hotel offers easy access to major highways and local amenities, making it a suitable base for visitors attending events or family gatherings.
The rooms are a highlight, praised for their modern decor, spaciousness and cleanliness. Guests appreciate amenities such as microwaves and fridges, along with the comfort of the beds and the well-equipped bathrooms. While some minor issues like lighting and maintenance were noted, the general feedback underscores the hotel's excellent value for money.
Cleanliness is another strong suit with many guests noting the spotless condition of the rooms and the fresh appearance of the property. Although a few instances of overlooked cleaning were reported, these seem to be exceptions rather than the norm.
The staff consistently garners high praise for their friendliness and professionalism with specific commendations for individuals who enhance the guest experience. Their cheerful disposition and willingness to assist greatly contribute to the hotel's positive atmosphere.
The breakfast experience, however, has room for improvement. While those who managed to have breakfast appreciated the quality of the food, many clients were disappointed by its lack of inclusion, inconsistent availability and unappealing menu options.
The pool area has received mixed reviews due to its frequent closures and maintenance issues, although it is noted to be a nice heated facility when accessible.
Overall, Cambria Hotel West Orange is highly recommended for its prime location, modern and comfortable rooms, cleanliness and exceptional staff, despite some areas needing attention like breakfast offerings and pool accessibility.
