Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Morada da Plataforma Tramandaí is a favored destination for travelers seeking a beachside retreat, primarily due to its exceptional location. Situated conveniently close to the beach, the accommodation provides easy access to both the shore and the boardwalk, making it an ideal spot for beachgoers and surfers. The friendly and attentive staff contribute significantly to creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment, with César at the reception often praised for his outstanding service. Guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the good cost-benefit ratio offered by the hotel, which includes the added convenience of available parking.
In terms of cleanliness, reviews reveal a mixed experience. While many guests commend the property for its clean and organized facilities, highlighting tidy rooms equipped with necessary amenities like blankets and pillows, there are criticisms regarding maintenance. Some visitors have reported issues such as unpleasant odors, dirty utensils, and incomplete room setups, indicating room for improvement in housekeeping and maintenance.
Overall, Morada da Plataforma Tramandaí provides a compelling option for those looking to enjoy a seaside getaway, with its prime location and generally positive service. However, attention to consistent cleanliness and service enhancements could further elevate the guest experience.
