The rooms provide comfort and spaciousness, drawing admiration for cleanliness and exceptional views from balconies. Although some aspects of the decor and amenities are considered outdated, these are counterbalanced by the warm and clean atmosphere maintained throughout the hotel. Despite mixed reviews regarding bedding comfort, the overall cleanliness, attentive service, and hospitality leave lasting impressions on guests.
The staff earns widespread commendation for exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction, significantly enhancing the visitor experience. The friendly and accommodating personnel, especially at the reception and dining areas, receive specific praise for their welcoming nature.
