At the AC Hotel By Marriott Dallas By The Galleria, guests have shared a mixed bag of experiences regarding parking. The convenience of a connected parking garage that provides direct access to the building has been highlighted as a major positive, making it easy to get in and out of the hotel. Some guests faced challenges such as crowded spaces at certain times and the lack of complimentary parking was a common point of contention. The additional daily parking fee, often considered excessive and not always disclosed upfront, has also been a recurrent theme. Despite these drawbacks, the parking situation appears manageable for most visitors.

The Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria offers ample and easily accessible parking options for guests, making the process hassle-free. The parking facilities are straightforward to locate and there's plenty of space available. However, be prepared for additional costs as parking is not included in the room rate and is charged at $12 per night. Some guests feel that this fee is high, particularly given that the parking is not covered and the hotel is not within walking distance of the Galleria. Moreover, a few guests have encountered issues with being charged multiple times, suggesting a need for more attention to the billing process. The parking lot, while functional, could benefit from some improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
