Guests appreciate the diverse and fresh offerings, including Moroccan specialties, which make for an enjoyable start to the day. Dinner also receives positive feedback, especially for its flavorful Moroccan and European dishes, though some guests suggest more variety and improved evening entertainment.
Rooms at the hotel are generally spacious, clean and comfortable, offering modern design and pleasant views. However, there are occasional reports of maintenance issues and inconsistencies in cleanliness. Despite this, many guests highlight the comfortable bedding and overall restful experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is another strong point with well-maintained pools, rooms and common areas frequently mentioned. However, some areas, such as room floors and showers, could benefit from more attention.
The staff at Barceló Palmeraie Oasis Resort are repeatedly commended for their exceptional service and friendliness. Guests note that the staff are welcoming, attentive and efficient, contributing significantly to a positive stay.
